Completed Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital. Currently working as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in Various hospitals and clinics.

My approach is grounded in a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic framework, which means that understanding unconscious patterns and early life experiences can lead to meaningful change. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. The initial sessions will focus on evaluating psychological concerns and exploring emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to uncover underlying motivations and unresolved conflicts. This process involves both supportive and interpretive interventions tailored to your needs.
