Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Kathmandu, Nepal, specializing in psychological assessment and different psychotherapeutic approach .Completed Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital and Master of science in psychology from Banaras Hindu University, India. Currently working as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in hospital and different clinics.

My practice encompasses a wide range of therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavior therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy and others. Also I am competent to use different kinds of assessment tools like different projective, personality, cognitive tests, neuropsychological test batteries along with different kinds of rating scales. I am adept at conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, providing individual and group therapy sessions, and delivering psychoeducation programs to support overall mental health. I strongly believe in the power of establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship to facilitate growth and change in individuals.
